My Easy Doctors — A Complete Health Solution

My Easy Doctors is not an emergency service. If you are facing a medical emergency — chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, unconsciousness, stroke symptoms, poisoning, or serious injury — call 108 (ambulance) or 112 (emergency) immediately, or go directly to the nearest hospital.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the healthcare coordination services provided by My Easy Doctors ("My Easy Doctors", "we", "us", "our").

By booking a service, calling us, messaging us, using our website, or accepting a service from our personnel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

ProviderAny third party delivering clinical or professional care — doctors, hospitals, NABL labs, pharmacies, ambulance operators, or travel partners.
User / YouAny person who books, uses, or receives a Service, or who books on behalf of a patient.
RMPRegistered Medical Practitioner registered with the National Medical Commission or State Medical Council.

3. What My Easy Doctors is — and is not

My Easy Doctors is a healthcare coordination platform. We connect patients with verified third-party Providers and manage the arrangements around care — booking, scheduling, home sample collection logistics, report delivery, travel coordination, and follow-up.

We are:

  • A coordinator and facilitator of healthcare services.
  • An operator of doctor chambers at Islampur, Dalkhola, and Surjapur.
  • A provider of home sample collection and home care staffing through trained BMLT personnel.

We are NOT:

  • A diagnostic laboratory (all pathology is performed by independent NABL-accredited laboratories).
  • A pharmacy (medicines are dispensed by licensed pharmacy partners).
  • A provider of medical advice or treatment. Clinical decisions are made solely by qualified practitioners.

4. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to book a Service independently.
  • A parent or lawful guardian may book on behalf of a minor child.
  • A family member or authorised caregiver may book on behalf of an adult patient.

5. Our Services & Their Limits

5.1 Doctor Appointment Booking

We assist in scheduling appointments with qualified doctors. Specialty suggestions are administrative guidance, not medical diagnoses.

5.2 Diagnostic Tests & Home Sample Collection

Samples are collected by trained BMLT phlebotomists and delivered to NABL-accredited partner laboratories. Test reports are issued by the accredited lab.

5.3 Home Care & Nursing Staff

Deployed under the direction of the patient's treating physician. Staff adhere strictly to agreed medical care duties.

5.4 Medicine Home Delivery

Medicines are dispensed by licensed retail pharmacy partners upon receipt of a valid doctor prescription.

6. Bookings, Pricing & Refunds

The price quoted is the price payable. We maintain complete price transparency with zero hidden charges. Home blood collection starting at ₹199 includes collection and digital WhatsApp report delivery.

7. Conduct & Safety Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against abuse, harassment, or unsafe working environments for our home-visiting BMLT technicians and nursing staff.
