My Easy Doctors ("My Easy Doctors", "we", "us", "our") provides healthcare coordination services including doctor appointment booking, home sample collection, diagnostic test coordination, home nursing, and medicine delivery coordination.

We understand that health information is among the most sensitive data a person can share. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we retain it, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

Identity & Contact Data

Name, age, gender, mobile number, address, locality, and town for sample collection scheduling.

Sensitive Health Data

Doctor prescriptions, requested pathology panels, blood test reports, and home visit vitals.

3. How We Use Your Data

To schedule BMLT phlebotomist home visits for blood sample collection.
To transmit samples safely to accredited NABL pathology laboratory partners.
To deliver digital PDF pathology lab reports directly to your WhatsApp.
To coordinate specialist doctor consultations and clinic appointments.

4. Data Protection & WhatsApp Delivery

Encrypted & Secure Report Handling

Diagnostic lab reports are delivered directly as password-protected or secure PDF documents on WhatsApp for immediate patient convenience. No health data is sold or shared with third-party advertisers.

5. Your Data Principal Rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to:

Request access to your stored medical and booking records.
Request correction or updating of inaccurate information.
Withdraw consent for optional communications at any time.
