My Easy Doctors was founded on 1 January 2020, from an idea Pinaki Yadav had carried since college — that healthcare in North Bengal was broken not because good doctors and labs did not exist, but because ordinary families had no reliable way to reach them.
After two years serving real patients, the venture was paused. Demand was never the problem — focus and a sustainable revenue base were. Rather than continue without direction, the decision was taken to stop and learn properly.
Pinaki joined a hospital and clinic group and worked across its operations — understanding how hospitals actually function, how referrals and diagnostics really work, and where patients genuinely get stuck.
In April 2025, My Easy Doctors relaunched with committed partners — this time built on operational understanding rather than intuition alone, with our own doctor chambers and a verified network behind every service.
We believe that together we can make quality healthcare more accessible to people across the region.
To make verified, quality healthcare reachable for every family in North Bengal — including the towns that national healthcare platforms will not serve. We do that by bringing diagnostics, nursing and treatment access to the doorstep, and by taking responsibility for the whole journey rather than just one step of it.
